No matter what we experience in our lives, Christ supersedes our circumstances. In Him, we are made into one family, and by our faithfulness, we are collected and connected. As believers, we are to follow God’s example and encourage one another. In the Scriptures, Paul reminds us of this: “He comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort others. When they are troubled, we will be able to give them the same comfort God has given us (2 Corinthians 1:4).

This week, make a plan to encourage your fellow brothers and sisters. Take some time and choose a few people in your Ascension family, make a list of names, and write out some creative ways to bring encouragement to them. Then, follow through with your ideas, and be sure to track how you are doing.

Let us make “room for more” faith and encouragement, because encouragement changes people. Your words make a difference.
