In this time of social distancing, it is difficult to spend quality time with people who clearly share the same love for our community and our church. As a solution to this new way of life, we must transform the way we communicate with each other, along with our own sense of identity.

How can you make “room for more” of this unique transformation as you seek to stay connected to your Ascension family?

Perhaps take a moment today and send an encouraging card in the mail. Make a phone call and invite someone to participate in a virtual daily devotional with you each morning or evening. Send a short prayer via text to someone who may not expect it, reminding them of God’s love, grace, and never-ending mercy during this time.

The Jesus we serve, even amidst a pandemic, is still working miracles and continues to transform us into His likeness.
