The cost of each plant is $20.00. Please fill out one form for each plant ordered and return this form and payment to the church office or attach the form and payment and place it in the offering plate. If you pay by check, please make the check payable to “Ascension Lutheran Church” and be sure to write “Poinsettias” on the check.
You may take your plant after the December 25th service.
