Light House Girls

Ascension Lutheran Church is proud to partner with “Light House Girls”, a discipleship group for young women in our community.

The vision of this group is to generate young women who are confident, bold, and know who they are in Christ. By equipping them with the Word and teaching them to lead by example, their hope is to awaken this generation, sending them out into the harvest as God’s laborers and disciples. The end result? Hurting girls in our community will know that they are deeply loved by our heavenly Father and that He has an eternal purpose for their lives.

The Light House Girls is specifically intended for 6th-9th grade girls and is headed up by Jennean Hutcheson. We are thrilled to have them on campus as we seek to shine Christ’s light throughout our community, especially towards our younger generation—the future builders and movers of God’s kingdom.
